Course description
This two-day, fast-paced workshop explores the human dynamics of organization change through four lenses: the individual, the team, the organization, and the leader. Participants will focus on understanding the best practices of fostering and supporting organizational change that sticks and will develop a Change Roadmap for an initiative of their choosing.
