Change is essential for organizational growth and survival, and being a change leader for your team is vital for its operational success. In this session you will delve into the intricacies of leading change initiatives within organizations and will develop the skills and insights necessary to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of organizational transformation effectively. At the end of this session you will be able to lead people successfully through change in your organization by using models and processes to produce outcomes that are practical and sustainable.
