Empowering Others Through Successful Delegation

  • Traditional Classroom: 1/2-day
  • Virtual Instructor-led: One 3-hour session or Two 90-minute sessions

Regardless of your role in an organization, delegation and feedback are a critical part of your career journey. Learning to do both well will open many doors for you, helping you earn trust, build relationships, develop others, and achieve results. Doing one or both poorly will stunt your career growth and limit your options.

Effective delegation is done mindfully, intentionally, and with clarity… and it is followed by feedback that is specific and motivating. This positive cycle of communication drives growth and creates change. It also increases engagement and productivity.

In this interactive session we will focus on delegation: what it is, why it is difficult, and how to do it successfully to empower and elevate others. We will explore delegation best practices using various techniques and conversational guidelines as well as through collaborative activities, discussion, and scenario work.
