Project Management Fundamentals for Pharmaceutical and Biotech Professionals

Project management knowledge and skills are necessary to work within the project structure. This foundational course is aligned with Project Management Institute’s PMBOK® Guide and teaches the project management knowledge and skills that provide the groundwork for success. A case study specific to the pharmaceutical and biotech industries is used throughout the course in hands-on exercises.
