There is a myriad of reasons why many of us struggle with openly sharing our accomplishments. But the research is clear: self-promotion is a powerful skill set that leads to career advancement and greater opportunities. In this session, we’ll explore common stumbling blocks people experience when attempting to communicate their unique value in the workplace. We will also identify opportunities for setting clear limits and boundaries, exploring ways to proactively manage expectations and say “no.”
This engaging and practical session is designed to help you build confidence in communicating your value and setting healthy boundaries at work. The goal of the session is to enable participants to plant the seeds of their future by intentionally focusing on self-presentation and self-promotion.
