About this webinar

Women leaders navigate a workplace full of challenges that are often invisible — unconscious bias, the “double bind” where the same behavior is read differently depending on who displays it, and blind spots that quietly shape who advances and who doesn’t. None of these are about competence. They’re about the forces working around competence, and the ability to name them is the first step to navigating them.

In this 1-hour webinar, Christa Kirby explores the realities women leaders face and offers practical strategies to move through them with confidence and clarity. Through guided discussion and hands-on tools, you’ll learn to identify your own blind spots, strengthen your leadership presence, and stand fully in your power.

What you’ll learn

Recognize common biases — name the biases women routinely experience in the workplace, including the ones that operate below conscious awareness.

Counteract bias in practice — apply practical strategies to mitigate and push back on bias, for yourself and for others.

Identify six key blind spots — the specific patterns that can quietly hinder advancement, and how to spot them in your own experience.

Navigate the double bind — understand the visible and invisible challenges that shape influence and advancement, and how to work through them.

Lead with tools, not just resolve — leverage concrete tools to navigate challenges with greater confidence and clarity.

Build an action plan — leave with a plan to accelerate your professional growth rather than a set of ideas to file away.
