Course description

Learn how to create an environment of delivering robust results by fostering individual and team accountability and commitment for your organization as evidenced by trust and team collaboration. Using the Accountability Model in The Oz Principle by Craig Hickman, Roger Connors, and Tom Smith and their sequel, How Did That Happen, you will understand how to hold yourself and others accountable without the often-negative ramifications associated with ownership.

This one-day interactive workshop employs a variety of individual, paired, and group activities, allowing for time to practice concepts.
