You will explore mindfulness techniques as well as various tactics to minimize distractions and optimize your attention and mental clarity. In addition, you'll learn the importance of self-advocacy and ways to take initiative in setting clear expectations and asking for resources and support as we move into the next-new-normal of hybrid work.
