Participants in thsi course will explore the budgeting process and why it matters for organizational success.Financial literacy is an essential capability for anyone who makes or influences decisions that impact organizational performance. Yet many managers and professionals have limited exposure to core financial concepts. This highly practical and engaging session demystifies the language of finance and builds confidence in reading, interpreting, and using financial information. Through practical examples, guided exercises, and discussion, participants will learn how financial statements connect, how key ratios reveal business performance, and how day-to-day actions influence financial outcomes. Participants will also explore the budgeting process and why it matters for organizational success.
