Defining and Communicating Your Value

  • Traditional Classroom: 2 hours
  • Virtual Instructor-led: 2 hours

There is a myriad of reasons why many of us struggle with openly sharing our accomplishments. But the research is clear: self-promotion is a powerful skill set that leads to career advancement and greater opportunities. In this highly interactive session, we’ll look at ways to move past common stumbling blocks people encounter around self-promotion.

We will distinguish between your reputation and your personal brand, exploring ways to build the latter in a way that is aspirational as well as grounded in reality. Lastly, using a message triangle framework, participants will craft a concise and powerful personal narrative that they can use to define and communicate the unique value they deliver in the workplace.
