Managing Up: Navigating Successful Relationships

“Managing up” is a nuanced skill set that puts you in the driver’s seat of your career, while maximizing the value you deliver to your organization. It does not involve being inauthentic or changing who you are at work; but it does involve consciously and deliberately developing positive working relationships with those above you in the organizational structure. In this session, you will be enabled to effectively assess style differences, build rapport, engage proactively, and handle challenging situations (and people) with diplomacy and poise.
Target Audience
Individuals who will benefit from this course include project managers, program managers, managers, leaders, team leaders, and those at any level who need to influence without authority.
