Feedback fuels growth, but delivering it effectively is a skill that takes practice. This interactive program gives learners a practical, engaging way to increase both the quality and quantity of feedback they provide — ultimately improving performance across the board. Through role-play scenarios, mini case studies, and dynamic exercises, participants build the confidence and capability to give and receive feedback that encourages growth and strengthens engagement.

  • Apply a proven model to prepare and deliver feedback in real-life situations
