Everything DiSC® Certification

• Blended Learning: Five 3-hour asynchronous, online self-paced modules
• Live Sessions: Four 2-hour instructor-led virtual sessions

The Everything DiSC® Certification prepares practitioners to deliver engaging and impactful Everything DiSC® learning experiences that help people work better together. This course is a holistic DiSC® experience that teaches the principles of Everything DiSC® through a variety of applications and activities.

In this two-week immersive experience that combines live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning, participants will deepen their understanding of the DiSC® model, theory, research, and key principles; explore how to build custom solutions and deliver impactful DiSC® experiences using Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™; and practice facilitation and coaching techniques while receiving feedback in a safe environment.

Upon successful completion of the coursework (including a score of 80% or above on the final certification exam), participants will earn the credential of Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner — signaling proven competence in shaping a high-performing, collaborative culture and fluency in the language of DiSC®.

This course is designed for individuals who will be building, customizing, and/or delivering Everything DiSC® learning experiences to others.

Important Course Information and Requirements

Following purchase, learners will be provided direct access to the Wiley Online Training Center, where they can self-enroll in the course dates of their choosing.

Certification participants are required to have a Catalyst account with Worksmart and the Catalyst Practitioner Experience, as facilitation content within the Practitioner Experience will be referenced throughout the course. In addition to purchasing the Catalyst Practitioner Experience, learners must also:

• Commit to two weeks of self-guided online work and attend all four instructor-led, virtual classroom sessions.
• Complete all self-directed asynchronous learning modules and the course project on time.
• Earn a passing score on the final exam (80%+).
• Have access to the internet and a computer.

Course Structure and Schedule

The Everything DiSC® Certification course spans two weeks of learning, combining live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning. Specifically, participants will:

• Complete five asynchronous learning modules (approximately 3 hours of online coursework per module).
• Attend and engage in four live, instructor-led virtual sessions (2 hours each).
• Present two application projects and receive feedback (group facilitation and 1:1 coaching).
• Take the final Certification Exam to measure understanding of key Everything DiSC® concepts (a passing score of 80% is required).
