  • How do I login to a live webinar?
You can login to the event using the URL provided in your confirmation or reminder emails from GoToWebinar.
  • How do I hear the audio portion of a live webinar?
You can listen to the audio by using your computer’s speakers (VoIP); alternatively, you can access the audio through a telephone by dialing the number listed on your confirmation or reminder emails from GoToWebinar.
  • During the live webinar I can hear the presenter, but the slides aren’t advancing with the audio. Any resolution?
We recommend you log out of the webinar session and log back in. This usually resolves the issue.
  • I’m unable to speak to the presenter or other participants during the webinar. Is there a reason I’m muted?
Everyone except for the presenter and moderator is muted during the webinar to allow for a more efficient presentation. But, you are able to ask questions by typing your questions in the question box; the presenter will answer your questions during the Q&A at the end of the webinar or in our webinar follow-up discussion on LinkedIn.
  • How do I view the on-demand (recorded) webinars?
You can view all of our on-demand (recorded) webinars here.
  • What are the technical requirements to attend a live or on-demand webinar?
You can view the Webinar Technical Requirements here.
  • I am unable to view the webinar. What should I do?
On occasion, people are unable to access our webinars from their workplaces due to firewalls; in that case, we recommend accessing the on-demand (recorded) version of the webinar from home.
  • If I need assistance, who can I contact?
For registration and general event questions, you can contact us at webinars@corpedgroup.com. For technical assistance, please contact GoToWebinar’s Technical Support Team at 1.888.259.8414 or +1.805.617.7002.
  • Are presentation slides available after the webinar?
Unfortunately we cannot release webinar slides to individuals after a webinar; however, our webinars are recorded and you can access the on-demand (recorded) version of the webinar from our website up to one year after the live event.
  • How do I claim my PDU?
To claim your webinar PDU, use Category A. You will also need to reference the webinar course ID # and our PMI® Provider #1011. For more detailed information on this process, please visit www.pmi.org. We recommend claiming for your PDU immediately following the completion of the webinar. We also recommend keeping track of the recorded webinars you view on your end.
  • Do on-demand (recorded) webinars qualify for PDUs?
Yes, it is the same process outlined above.
  • How do I obtain a certificate of completion after I have viewed a webinar?
Unless you are being audited, you do not need a certificate of completion to claim your PDU. In the case that you are being audited and need a certificate of completion, please email us at webinars@corpedgroup.com.
  • How do I suggest a new topic for a webinar and/or provide feedback for a webinar I just viewed?
    Please email us at webinars@corpedgroup.com.
  • I would like to continue the discussion after the webinar — is there a discussion forum for this?
Please visit our webinar follow-up discussion on LinkedIn under Corporate Education Group.
