Our Project Management Master‘s Certificate program is ideal for accomplished project managers who want to obtain the skills that are expected of them in order to advance to higher-level project management positions within their organizations. Participants will have an opportunity to learn, understand, and apply advanced project management concepts alongside other like-minded professionals.
Who Should Attend
Experienced project managers with a strong working background in project management that want to expand their knowledge in strategic project management issues; those who have already completed our core project management courses; those with PMP® Certifications who want to apply the credits earned in this program toward maintaining their certifications.
What You Will Learn
Participants will learn advanced tools and techniques for strategically executing projects, programs, and portfolios.
To earn your Project Management Master's Certificate, you must complete the following four courses within eighteen months. You may register for individual courses without enrolling in the certificate program.
