Schedule Management Professional (PMI-SP) Certification

Pressures to complete projects on accelerated schedules and the call for innovations to stay ahead of the competition are among the reasons why qualified schedule management professionals are needed on project management teams. Industry practice recognizes the importance and special qualifications needed to be a project schedulers/planner. Effective project scheduling and time management are critical factors in the success or failure of a particular project. As a project scheduler, you must balance scarce resources and deliver under strict deadlines in the face of ever-increasing customer expectations. This course provides you with the skills required to schedule and deliver critical projects on time while helping you prepare for the PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP®) certification and is aligned to the PMBOK® Guide and PMI’s Schedule Management Standard.
