  1. What is the PMP Prep Fast Track Course?

    PMP Prep Fast Track from Corporate Education Group is designed to help you successfully pass the Project Management Institute’s (PMI®s) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Exam while arming you with the skills you need to have a positive impact on your projects and your organization’s larger business objectives. It is based on PMI’s A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) Fifth Edition and breaks down each of the 10 Knowledge Areas.

  2. How long is the course?

    PMP Prep Fast Track is delivered during 5 full days of classroom or virtual instruction.

  3. How much does it cost?

    The introductory rate is $1,995.

  4. Who should take the course?

  5. What do I need to bring to the class?

    Students should bring a laptop to the class.

  6. Are there other schedules and locations not currently listed?

  7. Will the class PDUs count towards maintaining my certification since I will have had to have the required contact hours to submit my application already?

    At the time a Candidate passes his/her PMP Exam, all previous PM training (including all Contact Hours and PDUs) reverts to zero, however, PMP Prep Fast Track has been audited by PMI and is fully approved/registered for awarding 40 Contact Hours.

  9. When should I apply for the PMP Exam?

    Attendees are encouraged to start the application process when registering for the course. They will receive emailed tools to assist them with the process.

  10. How long does it take to process the PMP Exam application?

    Generally, once the application has been submitted, there is a 5 day review period. Some are selected for an audit process and will need to submit further documentation that will take another 5-7 days to review.

  11. Once approved, how long do I have to schedule the exam?

    The exam can be scheduled within one year of application approval.

  12. If my application is rejected, will I be reimbursed for the class?

    Cancellation and rescheduling course fees for public registration courses are fully refundable if Corporate Education Group receives written communication of the cancellation or reschedule before the 14th day before the course start date. Corporate Education Group will accept notification via U.S. mail, fax, or email to info@corpedgroup.com.

    Cancellation or reschedule requests received between 14 and 7 days before a course start date will be charged a fee equal to 25% of the course fee. Cancellation or reschedule requests received fewer than 7 days before a course start date will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the course fee.

  14. When should I register for the exam?

    Students should register for the exam AFTER the class has been made a GO. PMI’s cancellation policy states: if you reschedule or cancel your exam within 30 days of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a fee of $70. If you cancel your exam within 2 days of the test you will forfeit the entire exam fee.

  15. What does the exam cost?

    The exam is $405 for members and $555 for nonmembers.

  16. How long is the exam?

    The exam is 4 hours long with no breaks.

  17. How do I schedule the exam?

    You must have registered for your examination with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and received your Authorization to Test (ATT) letter prior to scheduling your testing appointment at a Prometric Testing Center.

    After the course has been made a GO, schedule your exam at a Prometric Test Center.

  18. Do I need to bring my own computer to the exam?

    No, a computer will be provided by the testing center.
