Course description

The Online Project Stakeholder and Communications Management course is intended to enable you to perform the tasks listed below.

  • Describe the Project Stakeholder Management process interactions and data flow
  • Identify and analyze project stakeholders
  • Develop and implement an effective project stakeholder management plan
  • Select and use appropriate tools and techniques to manage and control project interaction with project stakeholders
  • Select and use appropriate tools and techniques to resolve issues with project stakeholders
  • Describe the Project Communications Management process interactions and data flow
  • Identify and analyze the information and communication needs of project stakeholders
  • Develop an effective project communications management plan
  • Select and use appropriate tools and techniques to control project communications and support the information needs of project stakeholders

Course Features

Course content is broken down into Modules and Topics. Participants explore the content using a variety of interactive methods, including:

  • roll-overs which uncover more detailed information on particular terms
