Our Business Architecture program is based on BPTrends Associates (BPTA) Methodology. Comprised of two foundational courses, Principles of Business Process Management and Business Architecture: A Process Centric Approach, participants will acquire the skills necessary to plan and design enterprise-level business process architectures, performance measurement and process governance systems and work in a BPM center of excellence.
Who Should Attend
Business managers, business analysts, and practitioners involved in process-based change and the human and automation implementation of process solutions.
What You Will Learn
Participants will learn about the key considerations of a process-based approach to business process change management, as well as the strategic, tactical and operational considerations in a comprehensive BPM framework. Participants will also learn how to organize and document the relationships between organization strategy, value chains and key business processes or competencies, and to develop a model of all of the business processes in an organization, among other key skills.
To earn your Business Architecture Certificate, you must complete the following two courses below within eighteen months and pass the certificate exam. You may register for individual courses without enrolling in the entire program. Participants who have completed MDP260 Principles of Business Process Management, as part of the Business Process Management Professional Program, are not required to repeat this class in order to qualify for the Business Architecture Program.
