This comprehensive course teaches participants various techniques that can be leveraged in the context of agile project management frameworks. From initiating volume of work and iteration durations, clearly defining “minimal viable product” or “minimal marketable product” to conducting effective retrospectives that result in tangible improvements from one iteration to the next, participants will learn systematic techniques to add rigor and effectiveness to their agile projects.
