Workforce Training Fund Programs in Massachusetts
CEG has particular expertise working within the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund (WTF) program both as an Express Grant program training provider, as well as successfully partnering with organizations for over a decade on General Program awards.
MA WTF Program Highlights:
The Workforce Training Fund is a state fund financed by Massachusetts employers through a surcharge on the Unemployment Insurance tax. The purpose of the fund is to provide resources to Massachusetts businesses to train current and newly hired employees. If your company pays into the Massachusetts Department of Unemployment fund, it is eligible to participate in the programs.
CEG will explore which grant program best meets your needs and how our training grant application services and wide range of training options can help drive your business' performance.
What is WTF General Program Grant?

Successful applicants demonstrate that training will result in job retention, job growth or increased wages and will make a difference in the company's productivity, competitiveness, and ability to do business in Massachusetts.
