Emerging Leaders: Management Development Course for New Team Leaders
The Emerging Leaders Learning Journey is an interactive program designed to help participants transition from individual contributors to effective managers and leaders. This comprehensive journey encompasses 16 learning hours and includes both virtual and blended learning options. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (Public)
Lean Six Sigma quality-improvement methods focus on reducing defects, streamlining processes, and improving product quality. This program focuses on the advanced skills in the Lean Six Sigma approach. Black Belt Training provides comprehensive development for Lean Six Sigma specialists to build on Green Belt training and become the dedicated resource your organization relies on to lead process improvement projects. Certification requires attending all sessions, completing assignments, passing the final exam, and completing a relevant project within 12 months of the class end-date.
